“This is a comment on my first box. I was excited & looking forward to delivery, I was at home to accept it. Huge box arrived, I was shocked when I opened it as many of the leaves on the flowers were broken, the flowers were all wilting & looked only fit for the bin. They since revived once in water but I will not waste anymore money. I’m glad I paid only £12 for them as to be honest I could have bought better from the supermarket for £6. I’m having one more £12 delivery from Freddie’s to make use of the offer but I would not pay full price for half dead broken flowers again.”

“The flower choices are excellent. The packaging is good and the concept itself is really great BUT the flowers are often bruised and battered, the drivers don't pick up the boxes, they don't read the delivery notes and leave flowers out all day in the hot sun when there is a shady cupboard 2 feet away and the customer service are not interested in feedback. I have been woken up by a 3am delivery - by the dog more than the noise of the driver, but at that time!? Drivers left flowers in odd places and didn't put a card through - so I found them rotted weeks later, I really wanted this company to thrive, but the only time I got a lot of attention was when my card was lost (which they knew about and they sent the next flowers despite this. The automatic payment didn't go through and then used more effort and staff in the next month trying to contact me for payment than they had in the previous 10 months when I had tried to get them to call me back to iron out the constant problems. So for a Flower Delivery Service - they are great at flowers and poor at delivery”

“My first box contained good flowers but week after week the boxes contained what I would classify as weeds. Nothing that would enhance a house.”
