I ordered on Thursday for Saturday delivery. The flowers failed to arrive on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. They arrived on Tuesday, for a celebration on Saturday. Not good enough. Do not use if the flowers are for a celebration on a specific date.

Flowers last only 1 week at the most. The last delivery contained Agapanthus which did not open.Small gladioli which were finished in 3 days.My daughter bought this as a gift.I would have expected much better quality for the price.

Recommend you avoid Freddie’s Flowers unless you don’t mind being let down.
Received notification on the day of delivery that flowers would not be delivered due to ‘unexpected delay’.
Raised with support and they merely said “we’ll schedule delivery for next week and tell the team so this doesn’t happen again.”
What’s the use in that when the recipient’s birthday is today?

When I signed up at the Chelsea Flower show, I was told I would receive an email EVERY Thursday telling me what flowers I could have delivered on Monday and I could decide there and then if I wanted them or apparently I could "simply email freddies flowers and say yes or no thankyou to the Monday delivery" THIS HASNT HAPPENED ONCE.

They will ring you, declare you are the winner, and then engage you in a long phone call before finally revealing your prize is actually 30% off first delivery if you give them payment details and sign up for a monthly flower subscription with them.

I stated I was having financial issues and did not want to keep clicking 'delay' for each delivery, I wanted to pause permanently, otherwise I may forget and end up paying.

They don’t have any option to select the next delivery date. You can only postpone for a certain weeks, 4 if I am not wrong. So if you’re on vacation or sick and didn’t check back in to postpone deliveries further, your flowers will be left somewhere in your building and thirty euros charged from your account. They also take long to reply if you sent them a message about cancellation. Poorly designed website and service overall.
