Very disappointing quality. First bunch of tulips died within 5 days and kindly replaced with another. Same experience again. I love tulips and know they can last for over a week and gain a life of their own. It was such a shame. Excellent customer service though.

This is a good idea but the quality of the flowers is getting increasingly dire. Every three or four deliveries I get a beautiful fresh bunch of flowers, the rest of the time the whole bunch arrives in a dismal state, or half of it is OK and not the rest. I often have to throw away half on opening. Other times I have to throw away the whole bunch after three or four days. I regularly write to them asking them to notify their quality control and explain but this has never solved the problem.

My experience/s echos with other poorly rated reviews… so there is an obvious consistency which needs to be addressed! Yes you can “ Skip” a delivery but not “ cancel” on line… I have used this company intermittently since 2021… & yes it’s a nice touch to receive informative printed information regarding what blooms are enclosed/how to arrange/what to do to aid longevity but when the blooms are of poor quality upon arrival what do you do? .. Salvage them as best as, or compost them. !! I’m finding “ this time around” ( 2nd delivery)… the blooms are depleting & being “ bulked” out with green foliage! This most recent delivery ( which similarly I thought I’d “ skipped” was so disappointing, not worth even the discounted “ £21.00 letter box price”… not inc of delivery… packaging isn’t really flower friendly… long cardboard boxes with scrunched up paper at either end, blooms tied with string… ( yes great recycling but not “ transit” friendly)… I have given them another chance but based on the two deliveries, I’m sorry but I won’t be using them again. I hope things improve.. Quality is so important… I have tried to upload photos from my library to evidence my review but “ please try later or contact customer support”.. That said I have successfully forwarded my review & photos directly to their “ customer feedback”…

Having been a customer for a number of years received a very poor bunch of flowers this week, they seemed to have been starved of water for a significant time and have wilted. Customer service didn’t seem at all interested and just told me it’s normal and they will ‘perk’ up. Since tried to cancel my subscription but had no response. Shame what was a great concept seems to have outstretched themselves.

Flowers are very good - but how do I contact Freddy's Flowers? There is no telephone unless I Google it and then hard to find. They say "Contact Customer Services" but there is no such name. The whole information about the company consists of imaginary FAQ questions a customer may ask but if one's query is not listed, one can 'suck it as see'. Also could not see where a web-chat facility was listed. Very poor customer contact relations if one's query is not listed!

Had 3 deliveries. All rather poor quality. I had high expectations for a week where sunflowers were part of the arrangement but they arrived looking very sad and didn’t open up. I received gladioli in every arrangement but only 1 or 2 bud opened up. I have today emailed to cancel as there isn’t an option on the website to do this myself. I received an automated response to say my account is ‘paused’ and someone will be in contact to ask the relevant questions. All in all the flowers have looked fresh pretty for a day or 2 before looking lifeless and disappointing, with no real wow factor. A little upset as I think this could’ve been great and a real luxury for me. I have spent just under £100 on 3 deliveries and it just wasn’t worth the money for me.

Flowers themselves were nice. But be warned to cancel you have to phone/email them and they will interrogate you about why you are quitting. I stated I was having financial issues and did not want to keep clicking 'delay' for each delivery, I wanted to pause permanently, otherwise I may forget and end up paying. They told me they can't do that and have to delete my account. The man on the phone got very curt and seemed annoyed with me that I was leaving. They must be paid comission based on retention of customers. Really put me off ever coming back and left a sour taste.

Good product, bad service. 1) they advertise that they are sustainable and reuse boxes, but 2 times I left old boxes for them to pick up but they never did. 2) You cannot cancel online, so which is malicious practice and should be highlighted. If you want to cancel, you will need to phone them. Then the person told me that she cannot cancel it and someone other from the team will call to cancel. They make it difficult to get out.

The flowers I received from my son and daughter-in-law for mother's Day were half dead, I was and still am very very upset and angry about this, my son paid good money for flowers which are terrible. I do not have the heart to tell him about the condition of these flowers as he will feel terribly guilty that he has given his mum dead flowers. There is no way I would recommend this company, I bought some flowers 2weeks ago from Morrisons supermarket at the cost of only 49p as they were on their sell by date and I STILL have those flowers and they are STILL fresh with plenty of life still in them, 49p and 2weeks old yet yours are supposedly fresh cost a lot of money yet half dead, how do you explain that.

Received as a Mother’s Day gift and have told daughter not to buy from them again. Flowers snapped and the roses have lost more than a few petals. Not worth what she paid for them all all.

Flowers were sent to us, with vase, as a gift. Vase quite interesting but flowers well past their best, despite having been sent out only one day before they arrived. Tulips drooping and many blossoms fallen from the prunus. Fewer stems but of better quality would have been better. Lots of happy-clappy documentation, but I am not tempted to sign up. I can and do get much better flowers from my local florist or supermarket. Reviewers elsewhere also report major hassles when they have tried to cancel their subscriptions. All in all, this looks like a good idea that has been very poorly implemented.

I have been a previous customer but had to cancel because I was moving and it was too expensive for me. Recently got a call for a half price offer and the customer service started out very nicely with kind offers but turned super rude when I declined twice. I was considering it for the future but won’t ever be coming back after this.

I've ordered Freddies Flowers for over a year now. Sadly I've received flowers not particularly acceptable but kept ordering as we all need a treat, right? In the most part, customer service has been wonderful, the staff have been keen to rectify problems and always helpful. Sadly, my last box and probably my final order was quite frankly, dreadful. After much deliberation, I messaged FF with photos of the awful condition of the African lily stems, the flowers had fallen off, the stems were brown. Not acceptable at all. I waited and waited for an explanation but one month later, there has been no follow up or reply to my unfortunate problem. Sadly, I'm very reluctant to order again.

I had received nice flowers on several occasions, then I received a bunch that looked wilting from the start and failed to flower, even the lilies. £25 is a lot to pay for dead flowers. I contacted them three times by email a week ago and have had no reply. Terrible service.

My flowers were brown and shriveled when they arrived - they had been sent to me for a landmark occasion. I had to lie to the person that sent them as she would have been upset if I had told her how bad her gift was. Very poor show I'm sorry to say. If I were to send flowers I would probably just go with M&S

Love the flowers but the delivery is woeful..this is the forth time nothing has turned up or they have been delivered to another house. I've had to call each time to get it sorted which they have but to continually make the same delivery mistakes is beyond a joke. Such a shame as i've been really happy with the flowers but cant continue to use them if they cant even deliver the goods.

Very disappointing bunch of flowers this time. The roses had been crushed with other flowers on top. They lasted 5 day's before they looked a mess. I've had flowers from you before & they've been amazing. I also recommend a friend & my friends were as bad.
