And you are correct they do not give a tracking number only invoice number
The first 10 prints did not have to pay anything but my order did not arrive on the 21st as they said when I contact them they say they sent them with canada post
I ordered twice more and I do not expect to see my order as I believe this company is a scam not sure about the one person who is saying the positive stuff about the company you must have a connection to the person or you are the one scamming us

They took my money I did not receive my order
I asked for tracking I was told they don’t have tracking because they use a cheaper delivery service to save money
Asked for a refund don’t receive that either!”
“Bought a Christmas card for grandparents with a lovely Christmas photo of all the children which never arrived. Contacted customer services with relevant order number etc. Got a message back asking to supply the recipient address to investigate the missing card. Sent address which I thought was very strange since they had the order number, not heard anything more. Christmas has been and gone still no card or response think they are just stalling tactics so the company doesn’t have to follow up or make things right.”
