“Used them for ages, been fine. Now, paper is different, colour is completely off. Very disappointed, to the extent I shall be looking elsewhere. Got a few prints from Tesco this a.m., which I’d forgotten to order. Colour is spot on - same subject. Ok way more expensive, but will be looking elsewhere from now on. What a shame.”
“I ordered a home address and waited two weeks for nothing. I then try to send it to a totally different home address and still the same thing. Two weeks and nothing. I don't know if they are a functioning company anymore. 5 years ago I used them and it was fine. Now? I don't think so. Spent a solid month trying to get 10 photos delivered to me.”
“Ordered and they changes my arrival date 3 times. My order was suppose to arrive by now and it's no where to be found and they just tell me to wait a few more days then contact them if my order doesn't show up. Waste of time and money.”
“This was my first time using FreePrints and I guess I should have read all these before hand but oh well…. Not only is the quality of the photos horrible, they quite literally shipped me an envelope of ANTS!!! As soon as I opened the envelope they came pouring out! Some were squished between my photos as well.”
“They used to have good quality. Most recent trip I ordered 300 prints. Quality and color are AWFUL. Pictures are cut off and barely look like what I took. Contacted customer service who basically said it was my fault for not cropping them. Offered no replacements or refunds. DONT USE THEM”
“I was originally upset with an order and waiting to hear back from support about the issue. However, when they responded, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.”
“Received an item from FreePrints Gifts app that was missing the components to display as it was supposed to (a tabletop display). I wrote to support and they were quick to respond and it appeared that they were going to make it right, but after a week I have not heard back and this was intended for a gift I cannot give now, unless they send the missing component before the weekend.”
“The last time I ordered from FreePrints.com the quality was horrible. I gave it another try with photos on a recent trip and once again they were horrible quality. I deleted my account and app. If you are expecting good photos, do not use this app.”
“I did not get my prints on the day I should have. I contacted the customer service and the only thing I was told was give it a few more days. I asked why they can't provide a tracking number. The customer service person said they don't have one.”
“The prints are good quality and delivery is ok BUT postage pricing is misleading. Following my repeated inquiries to them I discovered that within the 48 6x4 freeprints the postage varies.
For 1-25 £1.49
30-40 £3.49
40+. £3.99
I think it's a shame that the company cheapens itself by misleading advertising.
Now you know, you can choose to place your orders or not”
“I ordered back in early march and still have received my order it’s happening on several occasions but I could went to Walmart or Walgreens to print my photos and 11:93 is high reply really is it free”
“Charged $7.99 a few times each month without my authorization even though they say there’s no subscription required. I was wondering how they could come out on top by just charging for shipping of each free product every month and using photobooks, tiles and free prints as it’s the same company I just notified my bank of $15 so far this month and they said it goes back to the beginning of January with unauthorized purchases as well. $106 so far since January 1st. I tried chatting with a live person and it’s impossible. I had to close out my credit card to stop them from continuously charging me. Very, very frustrating.”
“Free Prints integrity has been compromised with me because they advertised a blanket as the “free” monthly item, gave me a total, however, when I checked out they changed the total from $16 to $30 right in front of my eyes. They stated the blanket was not free. By the time I went to take a picture of the screen, the company removed the offer. The company knew they removed it, so they kept asking for a screen shot of the offer. How low down & dirty. My advice is, if you are involved with a company you have to keep photos of offers, transactions, to keep them honest, do not do business with that company. Keeping photos should be an option for your records/accuracy. It should not be something you must do to prove to them they offered you a product. It takes less time & energy to shop with a BETTER company. Good luck and thank you for listening. I’m only trying to help others avoid a headache. REMEMBER: those who retaliate for receiving bad reviews will receive their karma, so don’t do it. Next time do better.”
“I've used them several times and have had no issues until recently. I purchased over 100 pictures, some in bikinis and intimate pictures from my vacation. I am infuriated because not only did I never receive them, I then did a reorder and STILL never received them even though they said they were shipped. It is sickening to know my personal images are just out there floating around in some strangers hands. Will NEVER use again!”
