Just been reading some comments, I have just insured my car through this company, My deposit got paid straight away, The lady I spoke to sent me all the details, So hopefully this all goes well, No problems up to now

Do not go with this cowboy company had van insurance changed for newer van finally got through after 2 days and numerous emails can't insure new van to expensive they want me to cancel policy which will cost me more money and take out new policy which they quoted £1000 I'm 57 with full no claims a quick serce on Google £500 will be reporting to insurance onbosman

Wouldn’t touch this company again absolutely useless customer service. Have to ring a premium rate number to speak to any one and they have you on hold for ages then cut you off and don’t ring back when you eventually get through they want to charge you £35 just to change number plate details never had this with any other company

Please read the reviews carefully regarding this company I wish I had done. They are an absolute disgrace and I encourage you to look elsewhere . Very quick at taking your money . I paid upfront for my van insurance and then sold my van a couple of months later. Could get in touch with them to cancel and when I eventually did the chargers are an absolute disgrace bordering on criminal . Use them at your own peril. 1 star is far too much for them .

This is a scam. I have cancelled my insurance after a month. They have given me a huge amount of charges. I kept calling the company but it takes to long until I’ve received another call from somebody else. The charges they have given me are unacceptable. I don’t understand where all these charges. This is too much. A fraud company.

Canceled my insurance after missing 2 emails. No letter, call or anything. 3 weeks of uninsured driving and a £200 fee for the fun if it. It to over 50 minutes to get in the phone with them. They're cheaper than others because they don't actually offer you any service, they just take your money and hope they never have to pay out.

I didn't buy a telemathic device to put in my car .You are always asking to put telepmathic device in my car for tracking what? Other wise they could be cancel my policy. I Don't like your company.

Absolutely useless, they cancelled my policy without any prior notice or warnings like other genuine companies do. Stay well away from this company. Absolute scammers!!! I will be writing a full detailed review of my experience with them.

If I could give less than a * rating I would. Cancelled my insurance on the 9th may (within the cooling off period). received confirmation on the 11th, and they sent the telematics out to me in the 13th. I called a week after the 9th asking where my refund was, and was told off 2 colleagues it would be with me “instantly” I called pcl, they said the policy was not closed, I closed it and then I received documents, and called them back to inform them of this and ask where the refund was… I was then told I needed to send the telematics back first. Although they sent me this after they apparently cancelled it! I raised a complaint for misinformation. THEN, I spoke to someone called Sohail Yousif from the complaints team who said that “they don’t know what they are saying because they aren’t from the accounts team and that it was my fault because of the way I worded my question” “when will I receive my refund for cancelling”… he was very rude and started shouting at me, and I told him I didn’t like his tonality, and this made me angry, and I said “if they didn’t know, then how come the last colleague I spoke to from the same team did” - he was speechless and stuttering and more than likely defending friends, I said it would have been better to just say “I don’t know” but he continued to blame the way “I asked the question” then guess what… I asked him if he listened to those calls and he said “I did not” - HE BLAMED ME, AND NEVER EVEN LISTENED TO THE CALLS IN HIS INVESTIGATION. I asked him why and he said “because you never asked” - how can you blame me for something? With no proof? How can you back up your colleagues who clearly provided incorrect information, and say they don’t know what they are talking about and not expected to as they don’t have this information, when a colleague from the exact same team as them KNEW this information? How is this not a knowledge gap? his complaint summary was also incorrect, the dates he listed were totally incorrect, and he read the complaint to me at the start of the call, and I told him that what was written was incorrectly and not accurate. And at the end of the call he still continued to say “this is the complaint resolution, it is what it is”. And on top of all this, the policy documents say “you will be charged the pro rata of the days you are insured” - this is not true and they LIED about this. I paid £83 for the first month, was insured for 9 days, within the 14 day cooling off period. If the £83 is for the entire month, then where is the rest of my money I should be due. They even charged an admin fee. Not only have I been lied to, shouted at, talked down to, told that it was all my fault. And that what the employees said was somehow “true” and not misleading or providing misinformation - the complaints handler didn’t even carry out an investigation, and I didn’t even receive any money. They sent me stuff I didn’t want after I cancelled the policy, and apparently PCL said it wasn’t even cancelled. This company does not care about you. There’s a reason they have 1* on Google but almost 5 on here. It’s a scam. They are scamming you. I have took this to the FOS and will be taking the company to court. Very stressful and inconvenient. The complaints handler should be sacked immediately for their lack of care, knowledge, empathy, attitude and everything else. Atleast with the others it was just a knowledge gap that can be worked on. You cannot fix a bad person. Probably just wanted to get home as he called me at 17:20. Won’t be surprised if this group of bandits laugh in the slack channel and I hope the CEO directly addresses this issue with this person. The FOS can resolve my issues and potentially court. I asked to speak to a manager and was declined this access. Originally I just wanted to know when il receive my £40 and wanted my insurance cancelled. Now this company will be losing more money as a result of their lack of professionalism I literally got shouted at off the colleague and spoken to as a baby, even tho I work in the insurance industry and know exactly what it is. God help this company if they speak to people like this. All the phone calls I’ve made, all the lied to I’ve taken, the talking down to as well, lack of empathy, loss of money, and everything else is so mentally distressing it physically hurts me. Please, pay the extra £20 a month and do not use this company.

Stay well clear of this company. They cancelled our policy due to a “discrepancy “ which was just awaiting confirmation of no claims policy. Then they want to charge a cancellation fee! They cancelled! Cannot get through on phone, will take this matter further. DO NOT USE!!

Painful experience from start to end Expect frequent messages and email warning of policy cancellations if you don't correctly install or charge device..... despite the companies own App showing journey data is being recorded and viewable in the app. Brave the 80+ minute wait to query the issue only to be given an apology and advised that the issue won't occur again. Relax for a few days only to have the cycle repeat... 4 times so far. On the plus side they are considerably cheaper if you drive safely but don't have a UK no claims discount. Personally I will stick it just until i build up enough UK no claims to get a more moderate price from any other provider

For context, I am a 60 year old woman who has been driving for 35 years, and so far, touch wood, only one minor scrape...so not really a suspicious character. So...after taking out insurance, I went away for the weekend. When I returned, I had an email that sounded threatening asking why I had not fitted the telemetrics device. A few days later, I had another email asking for evidence of my no claims despite accepting my business without it initially. Again, a warning was issued. Next, another email arrived saying I hadn't signed the credit agreement for the direct debit finance. It looked suspicious to me, as I was pretty sure I had. That was the last straw; I cancelled my insurance and paid the cancellation fee. I am £140 out of pocket because of them, so that is a pain. However, a huge weight has gone from my shoulders by getting rid of them. They are shockingly bad. Don't be tempted by the cheap offer. It's not worth it.

EVERY time you phone them, you’re waiting on the phone for at least 45 minutes and the only option you’re given is to receive no more calls!!! When you get through, they don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care how long you’ve been waiting! Get a simple message service where people can call you, leave their number and get in with their lives!!!!!

These guys are the scammers .. they just scammed me on a broad daylight . All they are good at is to reap you off your hard earned money . They dont dont deserve to be operating . Pls avoid them before its too late for you . They are transparent . They reap off your money and tell you ,you can cancel your policy . Wonder why such an insurance company would operating

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Got the insurance on my old car, no problems there. However wanted to change my car 7 months in and they won’t insure my new car and no reason given, it’s just a BMW 3 series, nothing out of the ordinary! Not a write off or stolen, full vehicle check done and nothing untoward but they wouldn’t give me a reason for cancelling my insurance but they will charge me £75 for the privilege!!!! They can’t insure my car so I have to pay!!!!! How ridiculous is that? AVOID AT ALL COSTS
