“I LOVE my new watch. I actually ordered 2 & returned one of them successfully. I appreciated the waived fee on shipping (especially since I'm international & investing my most expensive piece of practical jewelry) I absolutely did not mind paying for shipping for the returned watch. Great packaging, customer service & product. I hope the clasp will stay in place & I won't have to ship it over for repair anytime soon!”

“Great range of watches. Sleek and subtle design; and amazing value for money. I’ve got two (with Milanese strap) but tempted to get another design with leather strap to complete the set. Definitely recommended.”

“I got my FTE watch yesterday, and it's just perfect! I had a very specific vision for the watch I wanted, and this one fits the bill exactly. It's not flashy, but still elegant. And it's stylish without losing any legibility. The model I got also came with a free extra strap, which I really appreciate. I've had a lot of trouble in the past finding watches that fit my small wrists, and I actually ruined my last watch trying to poke extra holes in the band. With this one (30 mm), however, I'm not even using the last hole. Unheard of. What else can I say? I'm in the US, and I received my watch about a week after ordering. I'm still in high school, so a hundred dollars seems like a lot to spend on anything. My hope is that this watch will last a long time and be a worthwhile investment. I certainly love it so far.”

“I ordered a replacement watch strap for my sister and with the attention to detail you get with FTE, you would have thought I’d spent 10K! An email expressing appreciation for the order, a hand written card of thanks when the item arrived in beautifully premium packaging made this experience one of the best in all my years. “Ordered a watch from FTE and it is beautiful!! The smaller dial is perfect for my tiny wrists and it is light and comfortable to wear everyday. The grey dial face was a surprise but adds a special factor as it's not very common. There were some shipping delays to Australia but Paul was so responsive and replied quickly to my messages, offering to follow up with the shipping company. Watch arrived about half a week later :)”

“Found a watch that was just the right size for my very small wrists, simple, elegant, affordable and yet sturdy. Had it shipped to Canada from the UK. Then I got a bit worried (and carried away) because it was not coming. But Paul answered every email within an hour (despite the time difference) and with a little patience it finally arrived. Perfect in every way, already showing accurate time for Canada, but what is priceless here is the personal touch, the incredible customer service and the devotion these people put in their product.”
