“Easy to speak on phone to customer services for advice - very pleased with the diverter kits. Easy to fit. Filters should keep water clean but will need clearing often we have lots of moss on our roof! A good product - would recommend.”

“Responded quickly to missing part in delivery. Did not make it clear enough that delivery would be split into two (eventually three) seperate deliveries, and delivery companies would not use their name but the manufacturing company's. Products (butts and diverters) are as described, just waiting for rain to fill them up”

“I have purchased Burgundy Barrel Water Butt 500l with downpipe filter/diverter and 3m extention hose. Before I placed my order I had some questions and concerns which has been answered on spot and with no delay. Delivery was prompt and on time. Based on provided documentation installation went fine and with no issues. getting a great service I am now a happy owner of well looking and perfectly working rainwater harvesting system. The only thing that I would probably need to consider is extending the system by another barell just in case we get the same hot days as this summer and I have more water for my plants;-)”
