“Even at this time of national crisis, freeNET Electrical deliverd my order quickly. There were some initial problems with Paypal's processing of the payment but FreeNET customer service dealt with my questiins immedialtey. Very satisfied.”

“Great product at competitive price. Very disappointed with couriers charge of £18 for the delivery in UK mainland where delivery was supposed to be free, according to the www. I wanted the product delivered fast, within 2 days, so I agreed to pay the fee. The product came in 4 days. It would have been cheaper to order directly from the producer.”

“This was my first purchase with this company and got a bit lost in its ordering system. When I tried to return to the “BASKET” to check out I found I had two of the same items in it. I was unable to simply return to the basket and delete or. reduce the number of items so gave up. The following day I called the company and was given great service by the person on the other end. She could see my previous attempt at ordering and arranged a fresh order which arrived exactly on the due date and time. Would I use them again in the future, . Absolutely! ,”
