“Exceptional customer service! I ordered a Miele C3 Cat & Dog vacuum from them last week; the price was very good compared to other suppliers, and it arrived as promised the day after I ordered, by tracked delivery. I then discovered it had been packaged with an older model turbo head than the one in the description/photos on the website; this was Miele's fault, not freeNET's, but freeNET were extremely helpful when I rang and immediately arranged for the correct replacement head to be sent out to me the same day, at no cost and without needing to return the other head. They were very pleasant and friendly to deal with and I would recommend them.”

“First order. Due to somewhere else sending me a faulty toothbrush. Freenet has the same one that was not over priced like other shopping websites. What could not beat them as the faulty brush was from EBay on sale and they all went. Greener saved the day with order replacement meaning I paid the same as before so lost out on no money. They were quick to deliver. No issues so far.”
