“Unfortunately our product had a manufacturing fault and we had to return it. The service we received was friendly, prompt, professional and efficient. Kept informed throughout collection and Swift delivery of a replacement. Very impressed. Really happy with our replacement product too.”

“The customer service is second to none! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which is rare to find. Prices are very competitive. This company is amazing. Don't think twice about buying from them. I bought a steam cleaner which was faulty and they exchanged it, without hesitation, getting a new one to me the next day. No problems with the new one. I will definitely be buying from them again”

“I do not usually send reviews and normally stick to certain web sites for my internet shopping. For electrical goods I like to be able to physically view but due to the circumstances it was not practical this time. So I was more than happy when I recieved the goods as quickly and efficiantly as stated. I can not fault the service and would definetly use again.”
