“Good company to deal with. I purchased a portable air conditioner in June. The unit did not perform all the cycles due to a manufacturing fault. I reported this to Freenet Electrical and re-packaged the unit for return. I was very pleased with their prompt response in forwarding a refund.”

“I’m only give 5stars because your service was excellent. My morphy Richard supervac got delivered super quick. However as for the product I was not satisfied. As within a couple of months the suction got very low. I cleaned it throughly too. But it didn’t help. So would not recommend to buy that specific product. Otherwise. Service is excellent”

“I found the company was supplying the product at the best price I could find on line. Delivery was as advised the product was well packaged and arrived free of damage. I have nothing negative to say about the service it was all done on line with an emailed invoice”
