Ordering and delivery cannot be faulted
BUT. For the premium price point paid I should not have had to finish the incompletely installed glass nor should I have received a product of CHINA. All of the inferences from Coppersmith were of an American made product. Very disappointed to say the least

The product is kind of chincy. It works and looks nice but all of the hardware was loose and the rivers that hold the unit together do not stop it from sloping at an angle when you hang it caused by the weight of itself. Not the quality I would have expected for the price.

Jeff was awesome!!! Our lanterns came with the glass shattered (not his fault-I think the delivery guy slammed them down on the porch). Anyway, Jeff sent replacements before I ever got the broken ones to the UPS store. The new ones look great! He even threw in two new light blubs. Michael in Charlotte
