“I am delighted with my recent first order! The extra little treat enclosed with my order was so kind (and delicious!), too! Thank you, Sophie! :O) The website is easy to navigate with lots of fine French quality soaps, bathing accessories, etc. I also really like the new French Market addition! I think the prices (including shipping) are very reasonable and the service is exemplary! (It was so nice to read Sophie's handwritten note of "Thanks!" on my enclosed packing list / invoice. :O) It was a lovely and appreciated personal touch to the whole shopping experience! My order was packed accurately and with care, including being environmentally friendly. I will most definitely be a happy, repeat customer! Please, do give The Natural French Soap Company a try! (C’était tellement agréable de lire la note manuscrite de Sophie de « Merci ! » sur ma liste d’emballage ci-joint / facture. :O) C’était une touche personnelle charmante et appréciée à toute l’expérience de magasinage ! “The products are absolutely fabulous 🙂 I ordered both food and toiletries and am very pleased. This is my second order. The delivery arrived very quickly to Ireland., my daughter also had an order and she too is very pleased. I love the quirkiness of the company along with it’s ethos.”

“A 5 🌟 review! Ordered my amazing Le Petit Marseillais products only on Thursday and they arrived on Tuesday! I used to make sure I had lots stockpiled when returning from holiday in France and couldn’t believe I had run out during lockdown.....Fear not!! The Natural French Soap Company came to rescue. I’m thrilled to have found lovely company to keep me stocked! The nourishing body milk is super hydrating, smells amazing and leaves skin so smooth after the exfoliating body scrub. Definite must haves! Love the quirky emails and I was kept updated during whole process of order! Highly recommend and will definitely be back in few months for more as French holidays are a while away! Merci beaucoup!”

“I was so pleased I discovered The Natural French Soap Company during lockdown in the UK. I've placed two orders and both arrived by courier within just a few days. The attention to detail and care in packaging really impressed me. When I opened the parcel it really felt as if it had been been packed by people that are truly passionate about their products. I mentioned we were missing our daily cup of Grand'mère and it was soon added to the website. This attention to detail and very high level of customer service is extremely rare. Thank you Sophie and Ken.”

“The soaps are unique and excellent, and the accessories (beard brus)h and soap bag) are very good quality. The shampoo (Le Petit Marseillais) is impossible to find anywhere. I love this company and even though the shipping is steep the products are top notch.”
