“First order I received, fresh red chile was amazing. 2nd order... Quite a few partial soft or beginning to spoil Chile's. But being the end of the crop season, I guess it's to be expected. Just received today. First bach has awesome taste. Will roast tomorrow 2nd batch. Hatch spice blend is very tasty.”

“Wow! What a family story of love for family, friends, and Hatch Chilies! The Mama and papa Salas's are fantastic, flavors are restaurant style. The Green Chile and Red/Green mix is perfect with just the right amount of fresh roasted flavors and spicy heat.”

“The only reason I'm rateing the product 4 stars is. I didn't purchase enough and not early enough in the season. To conclude, 5 stars for the peppers and 4 stars for the purchaser. Contaplating purchasing dried peppers for the winter for moles, tamales, and meat dishes that make a cold winter here in the NW more confortable. I highly recommend cooks to try some of the best south west peppers in my opinion available. Will purchase next spring during the first pick along with the companies other varieties.”

“Best chiles i have tasted, fresh and so good. I like the mixed green n red. And Papas' Salsa is the best. Also i pour the Sun Dried Red Chile sauce on my pork tamales, love that taste combo.”

“I just opened my jar of Abuelas Red Sauce and it is delicious. I used it on my Tacos de carnitas and it was yummy! I am going to keep ordering it with my Club membership to Fresh Chile Company!”
