“Awesome salsa! Saving the Posole making kit for later this Fall. The green chile pecans are almost too good. And, I love the T-shirt! Already finished the several jars of salsa that I ordered, so it's time to reorder more! Oh, and very fast shipping and delivery.”

“I've made two purchases now and I love it all. The salsa (Paps's) and the roasted green chilies. The last jar of the roasted green chilies were a little mushy, but the first jar was perfect. So I am assuming the 2nd one was an unusual thing. So I will be buying again. It's fresh, tasty and flavorful.. Great stuff!”

“New Mexico native but living elsewhere but always order online from Hatch. Chiles always fresh and ready for roasting. Have also tried much of the prepared sauces....YUMMMM! Makes me feel 'at home!”

“For many years, every time we passed through NM, from Kansas City to Phoenix, we always stopped to buy a big supply of green chiles. Now that we are in Florida, we have really missed them. I'm so glad to find your website. Now we can enjoy all we want, whenever we want. Nothing compares to Hatch chiles. Thank you for a fantastic product. We love it!”

“This was my first experience with you and I must admit, I was disappointed. I pre-ordered 100 pounds of chile on 7/4/2020. On 8/18, I called and left a message asking when I could expect delivery. Before getting a call back I received an email saying my shipment was on its way. I had to rush to get a crew together to roast and process. But my biggest complaint is that I was disappointed with the condition of the chile-they were obviously not freshly picked. We roast over a charcoal grill and the freshness is important in making the peeling process go smoothly. I take some of the blame as I should have inquired when i placed the order. I will say that when I did receive the return call-after the email saying my order was in transit-your customer service representative was very, very nice.”
