“The pepper was not very hot and was Not dark green and smaller To me it was big like the regular size you find at the grocery store I wonder if I was send the wrong pepper”

“I live in Missouri, and I've ordered from two other companies in New Mexico. Chiles from the Fresh Chile company arrived on time, and the vast majority of were ready for roasting; out of 20 lbs, there were maybe 4-5 chiles that could not be roasted due to mold. That's a lower percentage than I've experienced with other suppliers.”

“I ordered Some Honey and Red Chile Sauce for Enchiladas. Received my package today, and I tasted the Honey, it is probably the best tasting honey I've ever had. I am making the Enchiladas tonight. So I will be back to give my review on it then. But. I am going to order some of the chile powder and Salsas now. I am 100% satisfied with this company.”

“I purchased a 25 lb box of green chiles from The Fresh Chile Company. Since it was shipped to my house, I am very satisfied with the quality of the chiles. I did have 5 peppers that I had to throw out due to rot and/or breakage but again since it was shipped to my house, I don't think that is too bad. I would definitely buy from The Fresh Chile Company again!! Thank you.”

“THIS BOX OF CHILIES THAT I HAVE JUST RECEIVED IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THE SIZE AND COLOR ARE PERFECT, EXACTLY WHAT YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU BUY DIRECT FROM THE GROWERS.
