“This chili is so tasty and nothing compares on the market! I’m so happy I saw your ad on Instagram! My favorite is the red/green chili. The Red Chili is my husband’s favorite! I Just made red chili enchiladas!! Your chili really reminds me of being back at my childhood home in Santa Fe!”

“I’m a new customer and have tried only a few items. They all tasted fresh and delicious. Canned or frozen green chiles always taste mushy, vinegary or lack flavor. These taste like they’re picked at the peak of ripeness and handled with love and attention. What could be better than that!”

“Good flavor but too many stems. We tried two jars Green (hot) red and green ( mild) and they had a lot of stems. The third jar of red didn’t seem to have any.”

“So, I used your yummy salsa to make delicious enchiladas. Tortillas were pre prepped in the oven to avoid frying. Sauce was poured over and roasted chicken and cheddar cheese were used inside. A sprinkling of queso fresco was used on the outside. My family loved the sweetness in the sauce and since I purchased a mild sauce, they were happy with the balance of heat. Overall an absolutely delicious part of our meal. It will be tough for us to continue using as I paid 25$ for two jars. Won’t be an everyday thing, but maybe on special occasions.”

“I absolutely love your various Hatch chili sauces. My only regret is that I didn't know about your company until a month ago. Have ordered 5 jars and 2 are already gone. Plan on continuing to order. Do wish you could make larger jars!”

“Fist batch of green Chile was great. Nice and thick with chunks of chilies. Got the mild. Second batch i ordered seemed to be thinner with more water in it. I will give it another try to see how it is next time. If it’s thinner again I will not buy again.”
