“Mary and John Martinez live in North Carolina. We cannot find any red or green chile that compares to the Fresh Chile Company. We have been ordering from them for almost a year. Simply the best. We will continue to order every two months. Great chile and great service. Gracias Mi Amigos.”

“I love most every The Fresh Chile Company products I have tried. The Abuela's sauce was a bit smokey for me, but adding in some sour cream fixed that. Looking forward to trying new recipes with all the high quality products you produce.”

“We have tried several of your products and are very pleased with them all. Our favorites are Abuelas and the Red/Green blend. However one of us is a little picky about the burnt chile skin in the Red/Green blend. Overall we are very happy with your products and will continue to use them. ——FRB”
