“I really like the medium and mild chilli. My caregiver loves the hottest you have. I've given a few bottles to friends who say they will be ordering some soon. I also bought a couple of Christmas packages.”

“Up until about 3 months ago I didn't know much about Chile's. The reviews were amazing. So, I took a chance and placed an order. I started with the Mama's and Papa's salsa and Red and Green Blend all in Medium. They were so good. I am on auto delivery now and added other items. Then I ordered even more different items. They are all really good. Which proves you don't need to know much about Chile's except if it's a quality product compared to what you can find in the stores and it tastes amazing. I'm throwing this stuff into everything I make now. I love the videos so much I feel like I'm a part of the family. Also learning new recipes from all the other customers. Take the plunge and place an order. I'd be surprised if you're not a fan the second you try any one of the products.”

“Moving from Denver to southwest Iowa it was difficult to find Hatch's green chili's. I was wonderfully surprised when I found The Fresh Chili Company on line who sold them, already processed! “To whom it may concern; All due respect, but I am disappointed on the size of fresh hatch green chiles. There were only several 5 inch long chilies within my order...definitely not what I was expecting to roast. The rest were between half an inch to 4 inches. Turns out I learned to make some Ristras out of em...lol We shall see what the amounts to later.”

“I order a case of green chile and one red chile sause. It was everything I hoped it would be. I'm in Pearland Texas now and miss the New Mexico Hatch Green Chile. I thought I would try the Fresh Chile Company and I was so happy to have that familiar flavor of the Southwest!! I open up a jar and add it to my recipes and it is amazing!! I also open the jars and use the chile for dipping chips or add to a sandwich. It's just like having fresh green chile I remember from New Mexico!! Thank you so much for jarring it up and shipping it out to me!!”
