“Best Red Chile I’ve ever had, I put it on everything, They don’t list crack in the ingredients, but you might think it was in there when you find yourself contemplating pouring it on ice cream.”

“I ordered the Xtra Hot Green Chili. What I received was not Xtra hot what so ever. Ii would be better classified as mild. Maybe the wrong label was put on the jar I received. Either way, I was very disappointed in what I received. I will try again and hope that I receive a better quality jar of chili next time.”

“I lived in southern NM, Deming for many years and I am happy that I can now enjoy the taste of home, I haven't yet made a favorite pork red chili, really hoping its Hot like I ordered, I realize sometimes when the Chile is harvested it some times gets mixed up so I may need to order more extra hot next time and mix the 2, quick shipping, chili pods nice rich red color a good indication that they are indeed fresh”

“I purchased 5 pounds of the medium chopped chilies. They arrive in one pound bags, which is convenient. The flavor is outstanding. These are quality chilies, so I purchased 20 pounds more!”

“I’m waiting on frozen chili’s that I purchased back in September I paid for them I just haven’t received them ! I have been in touch with the company and just keep getting the same response ! Not sure what’s going on but I would really like my peppers as they are delicious 😋”

“While the over all taste was superb , the heat level was no where what I thought it would be , if you want just a little bit of heat don't go with the Medium , there was no kick or heat at all , go hotter . Great product and taste , shipping and service was the best . Ordered in the p.m. shipped in the next a.m. 3 days later I'm eating the sauce in Indiana .”

“Being from the southwest, I absolutely adore red and green chile. When I moved to a new state, I just couldn’t find anything comparable to my favorite restaurants back home. Until I found The Fresh Chile Company! I’ve had several of their varieties and they’re all amazing! I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone looking for authentic, delicious red or green chile.”
