“Excellent product. After my recent trip to New Mexico I fell in live with green chile's. Fresh Chile has filled that love. Will have to try some of their other products. Only thing I would say is in this world of immediate gratification a little faster shipping would be great.”

“Products are the best but you can somehow get enrolled in a subscription that is impossible to get out of. Then you end up with a bunch of spice you can’t use up before the next shipment. And good luck contacting the company. Multiple attempts and no response. Rating is for product. It great! Customer service? -10. But this app only allows for a 1 Star and “over a week” mean NEVER.”

“Absolute BEST chile sauces I've ever tasted and the recipes on their website are so amazingly simple yet flavorful and divine! I've made their versions of Chile Verde and Chile Colorado and it was the best I've ever had. SO glad I discovered FCC!”

“All of our choices are wonderful. I really can't pick a favorite. WE chose the medium heat with the fresh Red Chili Sause. Traditional Red Chili, Pure Hatch Green and Red and Green Blend. I have tried them for breakfast lunch and dinner. Braised Pork and Beef are paired well with any of the sauces. On eggs, in omelets and hash. very good!”

“I ordered some chili for our Christmas pasola and when it arrived it was incorrect, the receipt for the order was correct but what was shipped to me was not it was missing two jars of extra hot red chili sauce, in place they put green extra hot, I called customer service and spoke with a wonderful young lady and she said she was going to send two jars of extra hot for me. I have not received them yet but I am taking her on her word. So the customer service was prompt and quick and I do appreciate that. Because the extra hat was for Christmas Eve dinner. I will continue to order from the fresh chili company because their product that they produce and sand is spot on and we love it”

“This sauce is so good, I have tried it in place of other sauces I usually use and this is so much better than store products. If you haven't tried it yet get the green chili and put it on eggs. It is so delicious. I'm giving them out for Christmas.”

“I made chili verde and it was fabulous. I’ve tried many times prior to using the Hatch product. The results were sub par but with the Hatch product and recipe it had flavor. Something I hadn’t been able to accomplish previously. Im looking forward to making posole next.”
