“The extra hot green chile is delightful !”

“The product is amazing! What kept my from giving 5 stars was I was shipped the wrong product and another product I ordered was delayed that I didn't receive any communication about the delay! Although, I know mistakes can happen, when I dealt with Customer Service about my problems, they were top notch on handling the situation! Probably one of the friendliest customer service , I've ever dealt with! Great job, customer service , team! Wish I remembered the two ladies names, but they did a terrific job! My problems will not keep me away from , Fresh Chile! My food has never tasted better with the addition of your company's products!”

“I found The Fresh Chile Company through Facebook. Started watching the video and decided to surprise my husband with a gift box. He is in love with the Abuela's Traditional Red Chile Sauce, so much that I now have a subscription for 3 jars every 2 months. e are moving to the Carolina's in the spring and this will let us bring the taste of New Mexico with us! The customer service is out standing and shipping is fast!”

“I got some fresh chiles which I roasted and ate. Delicious. I had to have more so I got two jars. One gone and trying to wait to open the second. It’s not easy !! We used to live in Colorado for 30 years and always had them on hand. I’m so excited to have them in my kitchen again in Virginia. Thanks”

“Excellent product. After my recent trip to New Mexico I fell in live with green chile's. Fresh Chile has filled that love. Will have to try some of their other products. Only thing I would say is in this world of immediate gratification a little faster shipping would be great.”

“Products are the best but you can somehow get enrolled in a subscription that is impossible to get out of. Then you end up with a bunch of spice you can’t use up before the next shipment. And good luck contacting the company. Multiple attempts and no response. Rating is for product. It great! Customer service? -10. But this app only allows for a 1 Star and “over a week” mean NEVER.”
