“I love the green, my wife loves the red and green. We haven't had true Hatch sauce since the last time we were in Hatch over 10 years ago. The authentic taste is the best we have ever had and we are greatly appreciative of The Fresh Chile Company. Not only do the make the best they afford us the opportunity to buy it online. “I had some problems with the fresh chile orders (3 of them) but some of the blame lies with UPS. I still managed to get quite a good number of bags of chiles in my freezer. Of 45 lbs I only lost about 1 lb due to the weather or delays in shipping due to COVID 19. All that said I appreciate your company getting the chiles harvested and shipped to everyone.”

“I have placed my third order within the past two months and although I do not eat anything hot, my husband does. I order for him as he loves this chili! He loves both the green and the red and green. I catch him in the kitchen loading up a piece of bread with chili!! He eats it on everything!! Will continue to order! Thank you!!”

“Great company. They have amazing chili products and are customer satisfaction oriented. If there is a problem they will make it right. If you are on a regular order basis they give a discount and their shipping is cheap. I highly recommend them.”

“5 LBS. of Joe Parker Chile's... Box arrived on time with shipping notice's. Peppers were all really nice. A few peppers were a bit smaller than what I wanted for Relleno's, but will use them in cooking other dishes.... Very pleased with order......”
