“I have ordered from The Fresh Chili Company multiple times now. I have been nothing but blown away by them. The customer service has been great, they seem to do a great job communicating with customers. Where to start with the product? The chili is outstanding. I have tried different temps of the Green Chili and have had the Green & Red mix and both are fantastic. I just received an order (it grows in quantity each time I order) of the red and I am excited to try that. I have also used the Posole seasoning which blew my mind. The recipes on the site are a great addition. The Pork Green Chili was a huge hit. These guys are legit!”

“Best tasting red and green NM chili🌶 ...convenient and the shipping is fast. So after a few one-time orders, we began an every 2-month subscription because we love making “my” grandmother’s red chili enchiladas and green chili with pork recipes...and both depend on the best NM chili. Thank you!”

“Super fast shipping the two times I've ordered! Product has arrived in perfect condition, and Oh My God, every sauce that I've tried has been fantastic! I especially like the hot green sauce on burgers. I could eat that meal every.single.day!”

“Being a native of New Mexico and living in Utah, I have very limited access to good chile. That all changed when I found The Fresh Chile Company. Once you have New Mexico chile nothing else compares and this company is the best. Their service is great and their chile is simple the best!”
