“The FCC products are the best on the market. Always fresh with the perfect amount of heat where expected. I grew up in New Mexico just about 50 miles from Hatch. Parents bought 50 lb sacks to roast at home. Your product makes me homesick but eating it makes it all better! Thank you for such a top notch product and even better customer service.”

“This is my first purchase getting the jarred version of the Hatch Chili salsa. I got two different blends mild and medium as I was trying to get a blend similar to buying the fresh roasted mixed peppers. All the blends are tasty and it does depend on how high you like your heat level. I prefer a bit of kick of heat without the over the top reaction of a ghost pepper. I do have my limits As I have these on subscription, I am switching to the medium and hot blends to satisfy my taste.”

“I love the products so much! My favorite is Abuela’s mild sauce. It’s truly addicting and is rich and flavorful! I only wish it wasn’t a seasonal product and we could always have it! I’m so happy I found this product merely by scrolling on Facebook and seeing it. ”
