“Bought mild and medium green Chile for green chicken enchiladas for our after Christmas staycation. The recipe is from the Fresh Chile Company website. This was the younger daughter’s first foray since March. These were a special request. She made sure the left overs went back to the Keys with her. This dish made with these green chiles are one of our family’s favorites. The customer service lady did her best to make sure I got what I needed. EVERYTHING they sell is wonderful. And great customer service.”

“I love the products but it doesn’t keep well. We have made our own salsa over the years and an open jar of our home made stuff keeps forever. There product goes south fast. It gets a white scummy stuff on top. I have reached out to them but didn’t get a real satisfactory answer. So bottom line; the product is great but eat it right away and enjoy!!”

“Sent trio salsas as a Christmas gift to family in Idaho. They lived in Albuquerque for years and the gift was greatly appreciated! They loved both the red and green! Perfect gift!”
