“I ordered a three-pack of chiles: red, green, and mixed, and a bag of pistachios. After reading other comments, I was worried that the Medium chile wouldn't be hot enough, but it is. It's beautiful and bright and tastes like New Mexico. The pistachios were fresh and delicious. I'm very happy with my purchase. Quick shipping, even in the holiday season.”

“I had purchased items from FCC in the past and really enjoy the products. My last order was returned to sender by our cantankerous post office. I was assisted by your wonderful employee, Amy, who had the order reshipped to my address where I received it in perfect condition less than a week later. I enjoy chile, but Hatch chile from FCC is my absolute favorite. Thank you FCC for all you do. ❤️”

“Since Covid lockdown I have missed my yearly trips back home.. Besides all of the wonderful things I do visiting the most enjoyable and anticipated part of the trip is Eating...how much I miss NM cuisine pings to the depth of my stomach/mind and heart. Getting my six pack of chili sauses was incredible but that goes without saying. Hatch chili's are a corner stone of NM culinary delights. I ate my jar of green chili salsa straight from the jar with a spoon in one sitting. It was delicious...green chili salsa... perfect flavor...as were all the other products. All are excellent. The staff are great folks.... again, just like going home. I highly recommend The Fresh Chili Company. It's the real thing! The whole "enchilada"as the slang goes. Do something nice for yourself or a friend and enjoy a jar. It'll hit the spot... it's as close to home as you can get when you can't get there..”
