“Salsa hot - It was good hot but seemed to lack some flavor. We then mixed with Herdez making it really good combo Red Chili Sauce - We baked enchiladas using it. It was good nothing special to us. Hatch Blended Seasoning - I like this a lot!! Haven't used the Chili powder yet. We appreciate your efforts, great packaging and we love Hatch...Best of luck!”

“These folks are awesome! We have now twice ordered the roasted green chiles in a jar (after a friend in NM gave us a jar as a gift - we were hooked). The quality is exceptional - such a wonderful, fresh taste - and the "medium" truly is medium-hot. Unlike some chiles, which are called "medium" but are actually mild, in my opinion. Also, shipping is fast and order arrives well-packaged. Highly recommend The Fresh Chile Co!”

“I bought fresh mild chilies i roasted them up made your recipe for chili relenos it was absolutely the best ever rest of them froze for future usages! I also bought 2 batches mamas salsa and mixed red and green and plain green and they are the best ever you will be hearing from me in future will buy more i love this company!!”

“We bought a couple bottles of the Hatch pure green Chili Roast and a bottle of the Pasole seasoning. Got their recipe got for Pork green chili online, left out the potatoes, and made the most delicious tacos and burritos. You could also put it over rice if you wish. We halved the recipe as only two of us were having it. Lasted for a little over 3 dinners We would highly recommend this product.”
