“I was very much looking forward to the product but was quite underwhelmed. The green chili salsa seemed to lack any unique flavor. Maybe I got a bad batch. The rex salsa was equally as disappointing. I expected to taste some Regional flavors, a taste of the Southwest or something that made it unique. I was pretty disappointed in both product.”

“I have ordered from you twice- once for a gift and once for myself. The service and product quality are both wonderful. I'm so glad to find a good place to order NM products. “I ordered the medium green chili. The taste was great and even for medium they were kinda spicy (which is a good thing since they were out of stock on the hot). My only complaint was they don't de-seed the chilies. You take the time to roast, peel and chop but not to de-seed?”
