“Placed a pre-order in July. Finally arrived in October. I was really excited after waiting so long. I was terribly disappointed in what was shipped. Tamales were some of the most tasteless I've ever experienced. I can get artisan handmade and delivered same day that taste better at 1/2 the price. The chile rellanos had fair flavor but pretty small and little filling. I'll buy local and fresh from now on. Homemade, same day delivery, still warm when delivered and less than 1/2 the price.”

“I ordered 5 different products. It all looked great, I could not decide on one. I got Papas salsa which has a very nice heat with a super fresh taste. The mamas salsa is mild, perfect for my fiance. I loved the green hatch. I ate it on eggs, with chips, its super fresh and tasty. I havent tried the red chile sauce I ordered but I cant wait to dig in, Ive ordered about 10 jars of different sauces so far and I will be a loyal customer from now on.”

“I have made some amazing meals with my Hatch collection. I purchased the entire collection and bought the same for my daughter and family. They are new fans for life also. What a great product! I can’t tell you which is my favorite. Mama’s Hot, Papa’s Hot, totally! The green chili, oh my gosh YES! How can a person decide??? Oh! And then let’s talk Abuela’s . . . Yum! Enchiladas to die for!”

“We are seriously addicted to The Fresh Chile Company's Red and Green Chile, both the medium and mild. The flavor is so fresh and it adds zest to almost anything that you put it on - Mexican dishes, eggs, sandwiches, I even heap tablespoons of it on jasmine rice. We ordered by the jar, the first few times, but it goes so quickly at our house that we will have to start ordering by the case! Absolutely love the quality of the ingredients and the obvious care that the chile is made with and we will be lifelong customers.”
