“We are in love with your salad and sauces. I’m trying old recipes with your products added and so far I’ve gotten great reviews from my husband loves good flavor. I’m not going to individually review because we love each jar we’ve opened.”

“Discovering The Fresh Chile Company has been the best thing that has happened in 2020. I look forward to our bimonthly shipments for a taste of home, especially since we can't visit family at the moment. Everything we have tried - and we have tried a lot (fresh red, traditional red, green, green & red, green chile pistachios, praline pecans, posole) - has been fantastic. I now won't make enchiladas with anything but the fresh red sauce. If we're out we just have to wait! Thank you to The Fresh Chile Company; you have made this native New Mexican very happy.”

“Their traditional red chile is on point! I normally make it but with all the work of soaking/peeling/blending the chile pods, I thought I would give it a try. Will definitely go this route again.”

“I bought both types of the salsa and they were very good. I got the medium heat, and when I reorder, I’ll likely get mild next time. I’m under the impression that folks from New Mexico have a different standard of “medium heat” than those of us from the Pacific Northwest.😁. I’m also planning on trying their other products in the near future.”

“I am completely satisfied with your products. Spices are out of this world. My cooking has gone to a higher level. Your spices are fantastic. I am very satisfied with the red and green chilis. Like I said my cooking has brought on a whole new level of compliments. Fantastic. Thanks”

“I bought the Abeula's red chile sauce and it made a very nice shrimp cocktail, however, unless you have corrected it, your recipe did not have the amount of onion listed in it, and I thought, a bit heavy on cucumber. Took care of that myself and it was good!”
