“We have absolutely loved all the different sauces. We also tried the posole kit and made posole for the first time. It was so good; we will definitely make again. The only disappointment was the spicy pecans. Unfortunately, they had no flavor at all. Overall, great customer service, wonderful sauces and I really appreciate the recipes posted on the website. We will definitely order sauces again.”

“Everything I’ve sampled from the FCC is absolutely fantastic. I can’t decide between Mama’s and Papa’s, because they’re both so delicious. I top just about ANYTHING I cook (mac and cheese, potatoes, sandwiches, etc.) with the Red and Green Blend. My favorite of the reds is the Red Chile Sauce. Other than the taste of everything, the best things about FCC are the fact that there’s nothing sketchy in their ingredient list and that Randy and Carol are absolutely lovely!”

“10 stars if possible! I have ordered several times from The Fresh Chile Company and they are AWESOME!! The Chile, red or green is flavorful, shipped on time and always fresh. I also tried a few of their spices and salsas - fantastic! I had an issue with my online order (on my end) contacted the office and they got it fixed right away, they are super nice and clearly care about their customers. This Virginia family will definitely continue to get our NM Chile fix from The Fresh Chile Company! Check out their website, they have nice gift ideas and delicious recipes to try as well.”

“We've been trying just about everything from your company. The Abuela red chili sauce is our favorite. Also the dehydrated green chili is so good when mixed with sour cream for a excellent dip..Have not been disappointed at all. Great job. Hopefully everything opens up soon as your restraunt is on our bucket list to go to...Just got my shirt and its amazingly soft. love it.”
