“I’m a Police Officer in Arkansas yet I have family in Tijeras, New Mexico. I don’t get to see them very often or get Green Chiles, Red Chile Sauce and other New Mexico favorites. Since I have found The Fresh Chile Company it’s a game changer. I received my order in a timely manner and waiting for my 2nd order to arrive. Keep up the great work and I will continue to be one of your favorite customers!”

“Last order delayed without notice...then ships via a notice....but never arrives....was never notified it actually never shipped until I sent message looking for order status....then order whips and arrives 8 days later.... Date of order to true arrival 3-5+ weeks.....? In the past ALL orders shipped within 3-5 days?”

“The chili from the Fresh Chile Company taste freshly roasted! It smells freshly roasted! We use it in many of our Mexican dishes that we cook especially green chili stew using a pork tenderloin. We have had wonderful professional customer service as we have sent our relatives Who were unable to purchase this product because of where they live, they have thoroughly appreciated the freshness and the heat of the hot green/red chopped Chile mix! Very reasonably priced gift sets as well! I would definitely recommend purchasing green chili, red and green chili mixed and red chili from the fresh chili company!”

“After trying one jar each of the Mama;s and the Papa's Salsa, we placed an order for three jars of each. They are both excellent and unique in their own ways. Papa's is chunkier and Mama's is smoother. Both are great!”

“Love the green chili seasoning. Came quickly, but I live close. Will buy again. The Hatch chili seasoning is very good. Haven't tried the Posole seasoning yet, but I am sure it is excellent.”

“We have been purchasing the various products from the Fresh Chile Company for the past year. I have lost track of the number of orders and the different products we have tried and re-ordered. This most recent was the new (to us) spicy bar-b-que sauce, and it is excellent. It has just enough different taste from run-of-the-mill sauces and yet gives you that nice "kick" that Fresh Chile is known for. Was good and after the bottles we bought are gone -wil be back.”
