“I love the Fresh Chile Company! Here's an example of just one of their delicious products: Just opened sweet and spicy pecans so my son-in-law could try them. Fast forward half an hour and they are gone! On my way to order more :-)”

“I grew up in Albuquerque so I am very familiar with NM Hatch chili. I ate it all my life. Honestly I’m disappointed in the taste of the green chili which is my favorite. I got mild and it tasted liked medium or hot. The red salsa was good but not exceptional.”

“Absolutely love the Green Chile, Papas Salsa and of course Red Chile sauce. Love hot foods but medium is a good appetite control, can only eat half a jar at a sitting!”

“I buy jars of this as gifts, or myself when I'm leaving NM for trips. Try putting this on an In n Out burger! Delish !! I'm from Albuquerque, and the XHot green or XHot red gives legit chile heat and flavour on my cheeseburgers and fries. For chile that is pre-made and jarred, this is the cheapest per pound that I've found. Even in Albuquerque. Most NM eateries serve a thick gelatinous type of green chile, which is not my favourite style. This is more chunky chunks and sauce, with no green jello.”
