“Customer service is very good. Products were packaged extremely well for shipping. Quality of the green and red chili sauce is fantastic. This was my first order so I ordered a variety. Mild is just that. I like the medium green & red chili.”

“Pardon my french, but the red and green blend is the "oh hell yea" on my morning eggs whether they be fried, scrambled or an omelet. The only way I will eat eggs from now on.”

“The Fresh Chile Company is awesome!! They have great friendly customer service. I order fresh Hatch peppers through the mail. They always arrive fresh and damage free. If you need recipe ideas, checkout their Facebook page. The customers share great recipe's, from a variety of FCC products, which is great for new customers, as we get ideas on which FCC products to buy next!! Love this company!!”

“Buying salsa made anywhere but Texas is akin to treason around here, but I am a contrarian. I've ordered several times, and enjoy the salsa made by The Fresh Chile Co. I really like the Red Chile Sauce and the salsas. There's plenty of taste in them. Can't speak for others, but the old saw, "Don't knock it if ya ain't tried it" applies. Oh, and the "Fresh" part? That's key. It'll unlock those taste buds in a hurry.”

“From the salsa and jars of ready chili to the lumbre and sandia peppers, completely satisfied. Being from Las Cruces NM and now in Florida we can truly say we found a taste of home that is just delicious. Thank you”
