“Just fixed chile today using the green chile and Abuelas Traditional red chile sauce in a version of Chile Verde. One of the best chiles Ive had. The Posole seasoning is also great in other dishes I prepare. Give the Fresh Chile Company a try.”

“Love their products. My new fave is the red chile spice. I use it on everything from eggs to soups. The bottled chile products always are tasty and very fresh tasting. I am impressed with the quality and care this company this company gives to all of its products.”
