“No delivery not much to review with no product to show for it”

“I thought I would try your Chile Bar-B- Q sauce . Big mistake ! It was listed as medium. It was so hot it took your breath away. Unfortunately I bought two jars. One for myself, one for my daughter. She even tasted it, and she said it was so hot, she didn't want it. Now I have two jars that are of no use to me. Would not recommend this product to anyone.”

“I placed a simple order in September 2020 and not until December 2020 did 1/2 of my order arrive and it was wrong. Had over 6 discussions with the company and they made 6 promises and confirmations of my order. Not until January of 2021 did I receive 1/2 of my original order that was correct. I still have not received the other half. I have lost customers and damaged reputation due to the inept and care less customer service.”

“I have been awaiting the fulfillment of my order, placed September 2020. I received only 1/2 the order after three months of hasseling with the company, and still they cannot get it right. I have lost business dur to my dependence on promises that were not kept. This has been nothing short of a joke. Additional civil steps are being considered.”

“Had a bad scare with the red chile sauce. Opened both jars to find the outside of the jar threads had caked on boiled over sause. Not good QA. Don't want to die of botulism. Will not risk buying from this company again. It's a shame because I really like the green Hatch chillse sauce. Hope you fix your inspection process.”

“To whom it may concern; All due respect, but I am disappointed on the size of fresh hatch green chiles. There were only several 5 inch long chilies within my order...definitely not what I was expecting to roast. The rest were between half an inch to 4 inches. Turns out I learned to make some Ristras out of em...lol We shall see what the amounts to later.”

“Ordered fresh peppers and they arrived rotten and leaking, NO PACKAGING, just thrown in a box! Put them all in the garbage. Was told “ you didn’t choose faster delivery!”

“Placed a pre-order in July. Finally arrived in October. I was really excited after waiting so long. I was terribly disappointed in what was shipped. Tamales were some of the most tasteless I've ever experienced. I can get artisan handmade and delivered same day that taste better at 1/2 the price. The chile rellanos had fair flavor but pretty small and little filling. I'll buy local and fresh from now on. Homemade, same day delivery, still warm when delivered and less than 1/2 the price.”

“Took two months to get my order and only after numerous messages requesting status on my part. Even after giving TFCC my correct address, which they claim I originally gave an incorrect one,(I dispute that) they still used an incorrect address and eventually I had to go to FedEx to get the chilies. I will never use them again”

“My order took 2 1/2 months to be delivered to me. I was given a lot of run around about where it was.I will never order from there again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Very disappointed in the service.”
