“My Bride is a hatch chili nut, so when I stumbled upon The Fresh Chili Co. I was excited to give them a try. We are beyond delighted with the quality of the products and have grown especially fond of the Red & Green Blend Chili! Just loaded my cart up with a few things for us to try (pistachios, pecans, chili powders AND more chili sauce) with a few extra jars for the office and my Dad. Great product and great company!”

“I saw this on FB and thought I would give it a try. Oh man...it was delicious. I made the green chili stew and it was amazing. Definitely a do-over. I ordered several more jars and intend to give this as gifts and will be trying new producst. And not only is the product delicious, their customer service is outstanding. Well done.”

“When I saw the website I had to try this. I have not been disappointed, the green Chile is to die for, the taste is perfect! I made chicken enchiladas with red sauce they were wonderful as well. I had a half jar of green Chile sauce left so I made salsa, so tasty. I can’t stop talking about how great the sauces are. Highly recommend!!”

“I got introduced to this product when I was able to buy a batch of the fresh-roasted Hatch Chiles but I realized that the quantity was too large to always, because of storage, to get, so I was glad to find the same product in the jars. I like a little heat but I wasn't sure how much so I brought one each of the mild and the medium blend to decide which I like better to use all the time. The mild is tasty but lacks the heat, so if you are timid about heat, I recommend that one. I am going to try for my next delivery to switch the mild to the hot to see how much more heat it has versus the medium. Right now the medium gives me a better enjoyment of the taste of the Hatch chile peppers than the mild.”

“I've tried for years to replicate the Chile Colorado I get at my favorite restaurant, with little to no success....until I purchased Abuela's Traditional Red Chile Sauce! The medium blend slow-simmered with stew beef was perfect!! I'm now a customer for life!”

“Tried the Green Chili Hot- really good but lacks a bit of the fire roast flavor but still highly recommend. Tried the Red Chili Hot- no complaint here super good Tried the Red/Green Chili mix Hot was my favorite!!”

“The Fresh Chile Company has got to be the best chiles out there. I have lived my entire life, hating green chiles. I had only ever had the junk in a can, at the grocery store. I believe it had a yellow-ish label? I found Fresh Chile and actually ordered for my sister in-law. She lover chiles, but another brand. Well, upon arrival of my order. We both tasted them. I now LOVE CHILES, and my sister in-law has now changed her fav to The Fresh!!! Their product is amazing, and i just say. Their customer service is 2nd to none!!! God bless you all !!! P.s. TRY THE HONEY TOO!!! ❤”

“SUMMARY I loved these sauces so much I just bought an assortment of 7 more jars. Also sampled their pecans and just ordered a couple more pounds: Glazed Praline & Chocolate Covered. Customer Service has been great and they don't inundate you with a load of marketing e-mail. SAUCES You'll NEVER have a bland meal if you keep a bottle or two of these sauces handy. It had been some time since I ordered. I tried the Red & Green blend in Medium and the heat (for me at least) was spot on. I went through that pretty quick and am now on the Red Chile in Medium. PECANS I also tried the Red Chile Pecans on my last order. Nice flavor that I am enjoying.”
