“We miss our fresh Hatch green chile and have been very happy with the jarred chiles. We went through our first 6 jars really fast and ordered more. Our friends in Hawaii are very impressed with our green chile recipes, so much better than canned chiles. Shipping is so fast! Looking forward to our frozen roasted chiles. Mahalo!!”

“I have been a fan of Hatch chiles for years. I lived in Colorado 13 years where chili verde recipes were as contested over as much as much as red chili in Texas where I have lived for 24 years. I look forward to the Hatch chile season each year, but I have never found any Hatch products that compared to fresh Hatch chiles like the ones from The Fresh Chile Company - especially the Hatch Spice Blend, the likes of which I have never found before. I put it on everything, Colorado based or Texas. Thanks, Tom Person, Euless TX”

“I have NOT gotten 1 product that i dont LOVE!! The owners make you feel so Welcomed heck i want to go visit them in their house and have dinner with them. I literally cant afford to keep buying the products as fast as we go thru it. On my Christmas list is i want 2-3 cases of especially the Papa Salsa and my next favorite oh Lord whats the name of it.. The newest seasoning. I cant say enough of How much i Love this Company and the products.”

“Paid for 2 day shipping and was delivered 4 day. Lost bottom 1/4 of both boxes. Not good considering how .uch it cost for products and shipping”

“I have ordered the Hatch Green Chile in the jars and the Red Chile Powder. Recently, I 5 lbs. of fresh Hatch Chile's. They arrived quickly and were excellent quality. I roasted, skinned, diced, and froze the entire batch.”

“The Fresh Chile Company has a wide range of products - chiles, salsas and seasonings - in a wide range of heat levels to suit every taste and tolerance level. I have not checked every list of ingredients on every jar but none of those I have checked listed added sugar. Since I am a Type 2 diabetic this is a big deal for me - great taste that won't hasten my demise!! We are working our way through all the wonderful recipes on their web site and the Chile Verde is the best!”

“Fresh Chilies are wonderful this is my 2nd year buying them and I am looking forward to next year. I also love the sauces. Abuela's red sauce is perfect for enchiladas. “I love the Fresh Chili Company!! Family owned, and it shows. I used to order from different vendor until I knew about the Fresh Chili Company! Had FRESH Green Chili’s shipped to Northern California and they were fresher than I purchased at the store I shop. Their Salsa’s and extras are the best I’ve ever had. I’m originally from Colorado and so wonderfully elated that I can order from the Fresh Chili Company to California. Feels just like home again. Thank you thank you, Fresh Chili Company!!”
