“I’m a big fan of The Fresh Chile Co. the shipments are all very timely & customer service is top notch. Of course the products themselves are all great in my opinion. I think my favorite is Papa’s medium, but I really like them all. I look forward to getting my 3 jars from TFCC every 2 months. Happy customer here!”

“When you can't obtain fresh grown to roast on your own, the roasted green chile (chile verde) and late harvest green and red is my go to replacement until growing season comes around again. The red chile (chile colorado) is my go to replacement when I don't have any chile molido (ground red chile) is the perfect substitute for my home made chile colorado. Note: the chile offered by The Fresh Chile Co., is pure New Mexican, made for the taste that New Mexicans have had for centuries. This is the perfect chile for folks from out of state that want a New Mexico food experience.”

“We buy almost every product they sell and have never been disappointed. We have a bi-monthly subscription for the staples that is an even better value and just supplemented it w/a significant order for some products we haven't tried yet. “I bought Papa's Hot Salsa, among other items, I opened the jar about a week ago and was going to finish it up last night and it was full of hairy mold...yuk! I should have taken a photo but was disgusted and let the garbage disposal to its job....did not start out good as the order was incorrect to start out with but that was no big deal....”

“My Sister introduced me to FCC and I have been loving your products,ever since. I will be trying your bbq sauce (medium) tomorrow, on some chicken breasts. I am loving the fresh taste of the salsas and the flavor of the Hatch green chile and the Hatch spice blend. The La Posta salsa is crazy good!”
