“The Fresh Chile Company is perfect for those of us who used to live, or have been in New Mexico and fell in love with Authentic New Mexican Chile. I’ve purchased many many times every flavor they offer, and I’ve been absolutely impressed by their authentic taste of chile blends that remind me of growing up in the south valley in Albuquerque. The flavors I remember as a child in my grandparents humble Adobe house rich with the aroma of abuelas red chile on the stove. Anyone who has ever had New Mexican chile would absolutely love and adore the quality Fresh Chile Company offers. One hundred percent satisfied with everything they do! Go get you some and see for yourself.”

“We usually purchase an Organic Salsa that we enjoy. However having past history with Hatch Chili’s in different formats I was looking forward to a salsa utilizing Hatch Chili’s. I expected a taste that leaned toward the Hatch Chili’s but this product did not provide that for me. It’s a good Salsa, just not enough Hatch influence for my taste.”

“I’m a big fan of The Fresh Chile Co. the shipments are all very timely & customer service is top notch. Of course the products themselves are all great in my opinion. I think my favorite is Papa’s medium, but I really like them all. I look forward to getting my 3 jars from TFCC every 2 months. Happy customer here!”
