“Fresh Chile Company has the best chiles that I have found. Hatch NM produces the finest chile peppers in the world and Fresh Chile makes them available and affordable. The only thing I would change is to make it easier to make changes in a subscription, allowing the customer to make adjustments on the website. Great company with great products.”

“Awesome products and customer service!! I moved away from Las Cruces, New Mexico and have really missed having Hatch Chile! I also love the sauces and the convenience of not having to make the red Chile. I don’t think I can make the red as good as their Abuela Traditional sauce. Their prices are also good with shipping at a $10 cap. So I try to stock up. Thank you so much for this taste of home so far away. Moving back to the area when I retire.”

“My family loves your products especially the Green Chile Sauce unfortunately it’s all a little too hot for me! We served it with pork for guests and it received rave acceptance and yet with you doing all the work with the sauce it was so quick and easy to prepare!!”
