“The Chile, whether green or red, are absolutely delicious. My son won't eat an enchilada unless it is made with the Fresh Chile Company's red Chile sauce. I just with the Chile sauce was sold in larger quantities so that I would not have to place an order each month. All the products that I have ordered have been delicious.”

“I tried the new salsas. I ordered Medium since that is the spice level I've been ordering all along. I found Mama's salsa a bit more like a mild. Papa's salsa had a little kick but not enough. So next round will be hot for the salsas!”

“I love hatch chiles. O have now purchased the green and red hatch chile salsas, the seasoning and the blend if red and green. They are all amazing. I like the hot green chili for my chile Verde. Delish.”

“Like the product but my order was short when I received it. I sent an email to customer service and never received a reply so I called. The customer service representative on there phone was very nice and sent the missing item. Now it has been lost in the mail system and the postal system is trying to locate the shipment.”

“I made the mistake of ordering 25#'s of chile from the Hatch Chile Store in Hatch. Then I was told of the Hatch Chile COMPANY, in Las Cruces. Not only did the Chile arrive a day earlier, it was such beautiful Chile, that it was a joy to process. My friend Tracy (male) ate one by itself on a hot tortilla while his wife Barb was roasting that he called me right away from Ms. to tell me how delicious it was. This will be my go to place from how on!!! Kudos to the Hatch Chile Company out of Las Cruces. Thank you so much for righting a wrong per the Hatch Chile store in Hatch. Not only was the product disgusting, but they refused to give me my money back to the tune of 136.00 and change. Thank you Hatch Chile Company!!!! Respectfully, Patsy Romero Albuquerque, N.M.”
