“I've tried 3 of the 5 jars of chile that I ordered. Fresh is right; it's like it was just made. The Red & Green is my favorite, so far! What's impressed me to is when I've called to order. Sarah is friendly, truly helpful and very efficient. I was glad I had WiFi glitches & made the call.”

“The Abuelos Chili is the closest thing to my homemade enchilada sauce you can find with none of the work. We love it! Everything tastes wonderful. We eat the chili on everything from eggs to hamburgers. We ordered the Posole this time and it’s amazing! There is nothing from the FCC that isn’t perfect. But pay close attention to the heat level when you order. I’m a medium and my husband is a hot. X-Hot is rocket fuel!”

“The Pure Hatch Green Chile is excellent. I baked it on some chicken breasts and made a green chile cheese burger with it. The burger was almost as good as one I have had in NM. I am looking forward to making it again!”
