“I had never heard of posole before until I read about it here. It is delicious I also prepared fermented salsa from the end of season fresh peppers that I ordered. It is the best ever.”

“Love this stuff! Pretty much one and done, add a jar of chili and the posole seasoning to the meat of your choice in crock pot, pick up pack of tortillas...your tastebuds will be transported back to 2019 when you could eat at restaurants. Craving something? Fresh chili Company has a jar for that, replicate your favorite recipes at home.”
