“I have tried the Pure Green Chili Roast, the Red Chile Roast, and the Red Chili Sauce. They are all amazing! Rich in flavor and each has a marvelous texture. These sauces do not taste like grocery store salsas, that is for sure.”

“Love your chilis. Will always purchase. But some I won't because they are not a good deal. Case in point: the frozen packs I got were more water than chili. Price per ounce was really hi. The freeze dried are nice but again too much per ounce. I think I'll just buy whole or dried in bulk which are a great deal. Sorry. I know its tough out there. Thanx”

“I bought boxes for all of my relatives for Christmas this year. Everyone was psyched to get them and some have reordered. I don't know what my favorite product is so I'm just going to have to keep buying until I find a favorite. I've tried a couple of the recipes on line and they were great! Posole is next!”

“I was a little disappointed that the Hatch Green chile spice has a strong smell of cumin. I admit that I haven't used it yet but I am not a fan of cumin. If I would have known, I wouldn't have bought it and the Posole spice I see has cumin in it too. Actually they all do. I got the 3 pack of spices and the BBQ sauce and spent so much money on shipping and the products and hate to be disappointed. I loved the BBQ sauce and your other chile sauces in the jars though. In all fairness though I need to taste them and not just judge by the smell.”

“I was very pleased with the green hatch Chili’s i received but not as pleased with the red and green. The red seemed not as easy to chew and a lot of burnt pieces.....very, very pleased with the green Chili’s tho! I will be ordering soon again”
