“I would have given the product and service 5 stars; but one of the three jars of various sauces (Green Chile) was rated as 'Hot" and I ordered all 'Medium". I will enjoy the 'Hot' but it was not what I ordered. I will probably order again at some point. The product is very good.”

“Ordered two types of red chili and Christmas tree chili to make three separate batches of Posole. Waiting to make the Christmas tree flavor to see which one I like the best. Both red have been fabulous!!!”

“Excellent Customer service with an Excellent & Delicious product. I grew up driving from Colorado to the Hatch Valley to pick up our yearly bushels of chilis. I remember the house smelling so good when roasting the chilis for days. I absolutely Love Hatch green chili and eat it on everything. It has gotten difficult to drive down to pick up chilis as an adult so I am so very Grateful that I found The Fresh Chili Company. Thank you!”
