“I have been ordering chiles online for years. This was my first order from The Fresh Chile COmpany. The chiles arrived in beautiful condition. I only had two out of 25 pounds that were a bit limp. And, I have to say these are the best tasting green chiles that I have tasted since I left New Mexico. I will absolutely be making the Fresh Chile Company my 'go to' for Hatch chile products. I would recommend your company in a heartbeat.”

“The Fresh Chile company fulfilled one of my longest dream wishes. That was to actually sample real batch chiles. The product proved to be excellent. The prices for their products is fair and equitable. They provide excellent assortment of hatch products. I WILL BE PURCHASING MORE OF THEIR CHILES.”

“So far pretty good product. As a career Brand builder in consumables, I've become maybe a little to critical...that said i like the flavor, not so much the salt as the 2nd item. I believe it should be number 3 or 4 as we all know we're buying the idea/flavor profile of the Hatch Chile. And we all know where salt stands in a cost factor....... Overall love the Brand/Products and wish you all the best as you build your brand further!”

“We got 7 different varieties of Fresh Chile Co.'s salsa. Every spoonfull, bite, recipe has been delicious so far. Fire in a jar in some cases; the hotter the better! The service was quick and friendly. The jars were well packed for shipping and we will reorder soon!”

“I bought some of the Hatch Spice blend a couple of weeks ago. This is truest a good spice. We have been putting it on everything. I tried the recipe with fresh corn it was great. We have put it on vegetables and baked potato. I smoked a chicken and used The Hatch spice blend it gave the chicken such a wonderful taste. Just the right kick. It is worth trying.”
