“I really can’t think of anything I could suggest to such a well organized company like FCC. FCC has 2 major ingredients (see what I did there, lol to be successful 1. A superior product not matched by any other competitor and 2. A great customer service team. You stand behind your products 100%. That is so important because you know what happens when a customer becomes disgruntled, they move on. But, I don’t need to tell you all this. Just my personal opinion and what matters to me. Like I have said in the past when giving a review I was never a pepper person. Didn’t want green or red pepper, jalapeños, Serranos or any other kind. Since trying all your wonderful items I have made a 180 degree turn. I can’t get enough of it and my family can’t believe it. The green chili roast is my absolutely favorite with the red and Christmas blend very close behind. Sorry this is so long, you’ll probably never asked me for a review again. Lol. My recommendation: continue striving for perfection because IMO, you guys are achieving it. Hard to stay on top. Thank you.”

“We use to live in New Mexico. Four years ago we moved to Colorado. We no longer were able to obtain the amazing New Mexico Green Chile that we had previously had easy access to. Thank goodness we started buying Chile from The Fresh Chile and couldn’t be happier!!! Great products at great value! We have a standing order on a monthly schedule. They also have amazing customer service, if we ever need any changes or additions added to our order, they have been amazing about taking care of our needs!!!! Thank you Fresh Chile!!!! P.J. “I placed a simple order in September 2020 and not until December 2020 did 1/2 of my order arrive and it was wrong. Had over 6 discussions with the company and they made 6 promises and confirmations of my order. Not until January of 2021 did I receive 1/2 of my original order that was correct. I still have not received the other half. I have lost customers and damaged reputation due to the inept and care less customer service.”

“I’m so behind supporting this company and the people in it. I absolutely love the idea of getting NM Chile delivered to family around the country who no longer get Chile where they live. I had one glitch with a Christmas gift that didn’t get delivered on time but I know that is to be expected at Christmas especially with covid so it’s nothing that would prevent me from ordering again. Thank you all for your hard work and effort you put into a great product and as I see your company expanding I’m thrilled for you and looking forward to doing business with you for many years.”
