“I like the fresh flavor of your sauces. The roasted chilies change up the flavor as compared to plain old salsas. Can't wait until the hatch chili pecans get here! The sauces are great to simmer pork chops in.”

“I ordered the Red and Green Blend, Pure Hatch Green Chile, and the Hatch Red Chili Roast. All are excellent, and you can use them with recipes or just as a salsa with chips. It will be impossible for me to go back to the regular salsa/sauce found at grocery stores.”
