“I saw the products online and because I had previously lived in New Mexico,decided I wanted to try them. My order arrived quickly, and the Pure Hatch Green and the Red and Green Blend took me back to my days in Albuquerque. I have ordered additional products for me and my sister, but they have been delayed, so I am still waiting for the second order.”

“Did not like the red chile sauce. Well prepared I'm sure, but not my kind of product. The red/green combo is OK, flavor is good, but the heat level (even the "extra hot" version) was not at all impressive. I've got two jars left (one combo, one green, both "hot") and I'll use them, but doubt I will re-order.”

“New to Colorado from California and people here rave about Hatch Chili so I thought we would try it. It is amazing! Medium is a little hot for me but everybody else loves is. I bought 5 bottles and have already given away 2 to people raving about it.”

“This order was a gift for my daughter for Mother’s Day. We grew up in Las Cruces and no longer live there but know how wonderful Hatch chili is. She tried the green chili so far and loved it, taste of home.”
