“Thank you the fresh frozen chilies were packaged superbly and protected and insulated against thaw, including dry ice! Now the good part, the taste is super and we are very pleased!”

“I discovered the Fresh Chile Company scrolling on Facebook. I watched the daily videos they put out for a month before I couldn't help and order some salsa from them and OH MAN WAS IT FANTASTIC!!! I order some every other month and I'll stock up. MUST TRY!!! Enjoy 😉”

“If you like spicy and/or Mexican food , this company is the greatest. First time I have bought a batch of Fresh Hatch Chilis , so still learning the best way to store, Roast and freeze. The Sauces and Salsas are great and I love the recipes, not to mention the member recipes. I am a member for life.”

“Absolutely superlatives for everything I ordered. I loved my entire box. Mama’s Salsa, Red Chile Sauce, Green Chile Roast, and Red and Green Blend were my very, very favorites. But, everything was far beyond what I expected. I will be placing another order. Highly Recommend...A+++++++++”

“It took way too long to get roasted & peeled Chili’s,,, when they did finally get here ,,,the quality of the chili’s was NOT GOOD!!!! Taste like they we’re just old ,,,, freshness was not there!!!Wasn’t worth the price!!☹️”

“After leaving New Mexico I found it impossible to find Hatch Chile here on the East Coast. I ordered Mild and Hot. Hot from now on ON EVERYTHING. SO HAPPY I FOUND MY GREEN CHILI AGAIN. Thank you Randy and Carol McMillan family”
